What’s included

Our service contracts are designed to keep your system operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. During your scheduled maintenance visits, our trained technicians will:

  • Inspect your equipment for proper operation
  • Check refrigerant pressures and temperature splits
  • Verify gas pressures and test system efficiency
  • Clean and inspect burners, flame sensors, pilot assemblies, gas valves, and condensate traps
  • Replace or clean air filters (homeowner supplies filters)
  • Test thermostats, controls, and safety switches
  • Inspect exposed copper, PVC, and other piping
  • Examine and clean coils as needed with eco-friendly cleaner
  • Check compressors for proper operation
  • Generate a detailed equipment report for your records

Each maintenance appointment covers one hour per unit, with additional time billed at your preferred customer rate.
