We guarantee priority emergency service scheduling with less than a 24-hour response time, even during our busiest seasons. You’ll also enjoy a reduced labor rate for any work not covered under your contract — another way we help you save while keeping your system running smoothly.
What’s included
Our service contracts are designed to keep your system operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. During your scheduled maintenance visits, our trained technicians will:
- Inspect your equipment for proper operation
- Check refrigerant pressures and temperature splits
- Verify gas pressures and test system efficiency
- Clean and inspect burners, flame sensors, pilot assemblies, gas valves, and condensate traps
- Replace or clean air filters (homeowner supplies filters)
- Test thermostats, controls, and safety switches
- Inspect exposed copper, PVC, and other piping
- Examine and clean coils as needed with eco-friendly cleaner
- Check compressors for proper operation
- Generate a detailed equipment report for your records
Each maintenance appointment covers one hour per unit, with additional time billed at your preferred customer rate.
Seasonal maintenance made easy
Your service contract covers both heating and cooling seasons.
- Cooling season maintenance should be scheduled between April 1 – May 31
- Heating season maintenance should be scheduled between September 1 – October 31

Terms you can count on
Each service contract is valid for one year and billed in the first quarter. Payment is due in full and non-refundable — but the value you receive far outweighs the cost. Our contracts cover repairs due to normal wear and tear, though certain exclusions apply.
